Meatless Monday Recipe Artichoke Spread

What You Need
1 8 oz package of  cream cheese (softened)
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 Cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/2 Cup canned or jarred artichoke hearts (chopped, drained)
1/4 Cup Red Bell peppers (finely chopped)
¼ Cup Green bell pepper (finely chopped)
Variety of crackers
Mixing Bowl
Before You Start This recipe requires refrigeration prior to serving
Let’s Make it! In a medium mixing bowl combine cheeses and artichokes. Add peppers and mix well. Cover. And place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Serves  8-10
